Техническое состояние шин напрямую влияет на уровень безопасности автомобиля, его управляемость на дороге, комфорт вождения. Моя практика обслуживания машин в московском дилерском центре показывают, что у большинства автовладельцев возникают сложности с определением уровня износа покрышек колеса BMW F32. Важные нюансы предлагаю рассмотреть в этой статье. Меня зовут, Стас Никифоров, буду рад поделиться тонкостями вопроса.
На что влияет износ колеса BMW 4.
Непосредственно контактирует с дорожным покрытием протектор покрышки. Именно он создаёт контактное пятно, формирует его тягово-сцепные характеристики. Этот слой колеса Ф32 отличается наличием объёмного рисунка, состоящего из комплекса ламелей, канавок, блоков. За счёт этого происходит отвод снега, грязи, воды.
Уровень износа шин влияет на следующие характеристики автомобиля:
- манёвренность;
- управляемость;
- длину тормозного пути;
- устойчивость движения.
Появление эффекта аквапланирования, при котором колеса F32 вращаются с разной скоростью. При этом есть высокая вероятность потери сцепления с поверхностью асфальтного покрытия. Качество торможения в такой ситуации ухудшается, машина ведёт себя нестабильно.
Износ покрышек: как определить состояние шин.
Возраст колёс.
Практика показывает, что комплект колес F32 (подробнее: https://www.carengineering.ru/diski-i-shiny/kolesa/bmw-1/4-f32f33f36/), который эксплуатируется более 5 лет, требует замены даже в том случае, если пробег незначителен. Это связано с потерей эластичности, старением резины. Контакт с бензином, маслами приводит к потере эластичности. Дату изготовления производитель указывает на боковой поверхности с указанием недели и года выпуска.
Замена комплекта.
Стабильность движения автомобиля зависит не только от состояния шин, но и равномерности характеристик всех покрышек в комплексе. Несоответствия приводят к нарушению управляемости. Именно поэтому колеса комплектом F32 должны быть заменены полностью. При этом направление вращения каждой из покрышек должно совпадать. При выборе профиля, который отличается от оригинального, меняется окружность качения и, соответственно, потребуются колесные диски БМВ 4 другого размера.
Состояние протекторов.
Проверка «на глазок» - частая ошибка водителей. Безопасность требует внимания и точности. Оценить состояние протектора можно самостоятельно несколькими способами. Глубину рисунка можно измерить штангенциркулем или монетой. В первом случае используется глубиномер для определения высоты протектора. Допустимый минимум – 4 мм для зимних, 1,6 мм для летних шин.
Если штангенциркуля в хозяйстве нет, поможет 2-рублёвая монета. Если поместить её в канавку, можно определить примерную глубину рисунка, ориентируясь на следующие метки:
- протектор закрывает только начало венка – высота 2 мм;
- доходит до надписи «рубль» - 4 мм;
- перекрывает слово «рубль» - 6 мм.
Этот способ часто используется водителями, чтобы держать руку на пульсе, периодически проверяя состояние резины.
Пробег колес.
При изготовлении шин производителем закладывается определённый ресурс – пробег, который колеса БМВ 4 смогут выдержать без проблем с износом. При маркировке соответствующий индекс (Treadwear) наносится на боковой профиль. Если были куплены новые покрышки, по одометру можно проконтролировать пробег. Выкатывать до предела ресурс не рекомендую. 20% запаса позволят свести к минимуму вероятность форс-мажора.
О многом может сказать и визуальный осмотр резины. Если поверхность колеса БМВ F32 покрыта большим количеством трещин, разрыв покрышки может произойти в любой момент при сильном ударе, движении на слишком высокой скорости, при превышении нагрузки. Потеря управляемости практически гарантирована. Поэтому периодически проверять состояние шин необходимо для безопасной эксплуатации автомобиля.
